Meridian Yoga

A place for you to check in, balance and regulate mind, body and spirit. Our intention is to hold space for you to come home to yourself. Located in the heart of Glasgow’s East End, we offer a variety of nurturing and inclusive yoga and pilates classes. At Meridian, we believe in a holistic approach to wellbeing, with offerings extended out to shamanic healing, reiki, shamanic journeying circles and sound baths.

  • Memberships

    Our Glasgow Yoga Studio offers three types of memberships, which are designed to suit you and your busy schedule. We are open 7 days a week, at various times of the day to give the flexibility you require.

  • Beginners Courses

    Are you new to yoga, but feel intimidated about going to a studio? Our aim is to create a space that feels safe and comfortable for yoga beginners in Glasgow. We host regular 5 week Beginners Yoga Courses

  • Intro Offer

    Are you new to Meridian Yoga Glasgow? Our intro offer is just £35 for 5 classes. This provides the opportunity to try the various classes on offer, meet the teachers and decide if we're the right fit for you.

  • Gift Cards

    We believe in a holistic approach to wellbeing. Our gift cards cover all of our offerings, including shamanic services and reiki. Gift card values are customisable, meaning you can choose the amount that suits your loved one.
