In-Person Courses

Our immersive in-person courses in the East End of Glasgow allow you to explore Yoga or Pilates in greater depth, learn more about yourself and deepen your personal practice.

At Meridian, we specialise in teaching yoga and pilates to beginners, ensuring you learn to practice postures safely and correctly under expert supervision. We run frequent Beginners Yoga and Beginners Pilates Courses in our beautiful Studio, in Glasgow’s East End.

With both our courses you also get access to recorded videos to support your learning and so you can continue practicing from home after your course finishes.
