Private Pilates Classes - Glasgow
Are you rehabilitating from an injury? Or perhaps you’re looking to improve your posture, strengthen your core, reduce lower pack pain or learn how to properly breathe during pilates. Meridian Yoga and Pilates Studio offers 121 pilates sessions, which you can come along to alone, or, with up to two friends/family members. Sessions are bespoke, done with your full involvement as we’ll send out a consultation form ahead of our time together. This lets us get crystal clear about what your objectives are and how you’re looking to improve your overall health, fitness and well being. These are ideal whether you are completely new to pilates or you’re looking to refine your alignment and technique. Our collaborative sessions are tailor made to suit your needs and unique body. You will also leave with a clear idea of techniques you can apply at home.
