Pregnancy and Post Natal Pilates

Matrescence is the process of becoming a mother, birthing person or parent and includes the physical, emotional and social changes that we experience. It’s possibly one of the biggest shifts that you will make in your life. We are so happy to be able to support you with this right here, at our Yoga and Pilates Studio in the East End of Glasgow. Join us in a relaxing and nurturing environment, where you can connect with others who are having similar life experiences. Whether you are looking to build strength, flexibility and stamina to prepare for birth, or rehabilitate your pelvic floor and reconnect with your body through mindfulness, we’ve got you! Did you know that attending a pre natal pilates class counts as part of your ante natal care, meaning your employer is obliged to give you time off to attend?

We currently offer pre natal pilates on a Friday afternoon from 4.30pm-5.30pm and it’s the perfect way to wind down for the weekend.

Our post natal pilates class runs on a Wednesday morning from 10.30am-11.30 am. Babies are welcome!
